Med-Pharmex Animal Health Inc. and Medincell S.A. Announce Strong Global Partnership.

Pomona,CA-USA- February 10, 2009. Med-Pharmex Animal Health Inc. and Medincell S.A. today announce that they have entered into a global collaborative agreement for various pharmaceutical applications in animal health. Med-Pharmex shall be responsible for marketing the products in the USA, while Medincell S.A. shall be responsible for designing the products and sale them mainly in Europe.
